Mexican Fondue





PREP:  15 Minutes  COOK:  1-1/2 Hours

Ingredients:
1 can Cream-Style Corn (14-3/4 oz)
1 can Diced Tomatoes (14-1/2 oz.), drained 
3 tablespoons Chopped Green Chilies
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 packaged 2% Milk Velveeta Cheese (16 oz.), cubed

Other Items Needed:
Small Bowl
Cooking Spray
1-1/2 Quart Slow Cooker/Crock Pot

It's Fonduuuuuuue Time! 


  • In a small bowl, COMBINE Cream-Style Corn, Tomatoes, Green Chilies & Chili Powder.

     
  • STIR in Cheese.
  • POUR mixture into a 1-1/2 quart slow cooker coated with Cooking Spray.
  • COVER & COOK on High for 1-1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes OR until Cheese is melted.
  • SERVE Warm
 
 Serve with Bread Cubes or Tortilla Chips!
