Turkey BLT Salad





PREP/TOTAL TIME:  25 Minutes + Chilling

Ingredients:
4 cups uncooked Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
1 package sliced Turkey Bacon - chopped (1 pound)
2 large Tomatoes - seeded & chopped
1 cup Light Ranch Salad Dressing
4 cups Torn Romaine

Other Items Needed:
Large Skillet
Paper Towels
Slotted Spoon
Colander
Large Bowl

Quick & Easy Steps to a Crowd Pleasing Salad


  • COOK the Pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, COOK Bacon over medium heat until crisp.
  • REMOVE to paper towels with a slotted spoon to drain.
  • DRAIN pasta & RINSE in Cold Water.
  • PLACE in a large bowl.
  • ADD the Bacon, Tomatoes & Dressing
  • TOSS to coat.
  • REFRIGERATE until serving.
  • Just before serving, ADD the Torn Romaine & TOSS to coat.






Makes:  12 Servings
