No-Fuss Avocado Onion Salad




PREP/TOTAL TIME:  20 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 medium Ripe Avocados (peeled & thinly sliced)
1 large Sweet Onion (halved & thinly sliced)
1/3 cup Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Ground Mustard
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Honey

Other Items Needed:
Large Platter
Small Bowl

Quick, Easy & Delicious!


  • Arrange Avocados & Onion on a large platter.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the Oil, Ground Mustard, Lemon Juice & Honey.
  • DRIZZLE over the vegetables. 
 
 
Makes 12 Servings
 
* If raw onions aren't your thing, feel free to saute them in a tablespoon of oil.
